Openbox 7.4 32 bit upgrade is blocked by an error

A friend of mine gave me an old notebook, a Dell with Pentium M (!) and Windows XP. I installed the 32 bit version of Openbox 7.4 (basic version) with no problems, to bring it back to life and return it to my friend. However the package upgrade process is blocked by an error in Cython (sorry, is in greek):

sourceforge servers sometimes do not updated and sync with mirror slackware-current repo on slackware.uk which i use. I did it manually. So wait till sourceforge servers are sync and try again.
