[Fixed] New dependency for Emacs 29.1-2

Upgrading from emacs 29.1-..-1 to emacs 29.1-...-2 makes Emacs not working anymore. However installing libdeflate solves the problem. So I guess libdeflate should be added as a dependency for emacs.

tree-sitter is also a dependency.

tree-sitter was already a dependency since emacs 29.1-1, reported here. This one is new in 29.1-2. Thank you Dimitri!
