The title says it all. Every package is upgraded without issues, except wpa_supplicant:

1/1 Get http://www.slackel.gr/repo/i486/current/ wpa_supplicant 2.10-i586-1dj [1.1MB]...Failed to download: HTTP response code said error

The problem appears in 32-bit only. The 64-bit equivalent is upgraded normally. Indeed if you look at the location this package is supposed to be, it is not there. The corresponding 64-bit package is in the 64-bit repo.
